# Raising money for poor, sick people #
There
is a community health center
that has been providing much needed health care
for
poor people around Boise many years.
It was started by two physicians,
Terry
Reilly and Bob LeBow.
Over the years they have provide health services
for a
lot of poor people.
Terry Reilly died several years ago
and then Bob LeBow who
was avid bike rider,
was killed while riding his bike.
Every year there is a
bicycle tour in his honor.
It is to remember his contribution to biking
and to
raise money for the clinics.
There are many tour routes for different levels of
bicyclists.
The strong riders travel 100 miles,
others routes were 65 miles, 30
miles, 10 miles,
and 3 miles for little kids or beginners.
After the tour there
was a big Bar-Be-Que party.
There were several “Aid station” along the way.
The
Aid station provided fruits,
fluids and medical care for the riders who needed
it.
